Need some advice on a girl QUICKLY!!!?

ok there is a girl that i work with and i think shes pretty cute i haven't had a lot of time alone with her and when we have it's usually at work with customers around any way tonight is the staff christmas party at a restaurant hotel type thing our boss is taking us and me and my mum is taking her home afterwards, i need a plan of attack i know to act confident and ask her more than yes and no answer questions comment her on things ect. i need abit more of a strategyNeed some advice on a girl QUICKLY!!!?

here are a few things to ask(the point is basically try to connect to her.):





her what her favorite subject is in school


her about school, her family


her what she wants to do when she is out of school


her plans for her life


things that engage her





the main key though is to PAY ATTENTION! ask her why she likes/wants to do them. just talk we love a man that listens to us
First of all don't think of it as an ';attack'; especially being you are about to be 18 and she will still be underage...





Plus, don't get involved in work relationships, bad idea.





This whole idea is all wrong, leave the poor girl alone.
First, be yourself.


Second, be honest.


Third, compliment her (but not excessively and only if you mean it and believe it).





Ask her opinion on something you find important, but make sure that you don't focus too much on yourself.





Just talk to her, get to know her, and take your time. Listen to Jordin Sparks...One step at a time!



talk about her shoes!!!!! LOL.... kidding kidding.... hmmmmmm i'd comment about the party or something..maybe even the weather perhaps? i've had one guy do that to me, i ended of laughing and saying something like, 'the weather looks perfect.' It was quite funny and then he surprised me when he commented about the stars on how they were brighter in my eyes.. it was sweet...
I think you pretty much answered that yourself. Be confident (but not cocky), be nice and compliment her some (but not over the top) and find time to talk to her, and just be yourself. : ) Good luck
basicaklkly idle chit chat but through in the odd compliment and make sure she responds :) hope this helps, good luck with her.
just ask her if you can buy her a drink. then sit down have a bit of a chat then ask (insist) her to dance :)
